1. Acceptance of these terms
WoalzCraft is operated by PT. Dragonix Global Xperience(trading as "Woalz"), Komp. Mutiara Point No. 54, Tiban Baru, Sekupang, Kota Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia ("we" "us"). By installing or using the plugin, creating a Brain account, or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the service. If you use WoalzCraft on behalf of a studio or company, you represent that you may bind that organisation to these terms.
2. The plugin license
The WoalzCraft plugin is proprietary software, © PT. Dragonix Global Xperience. It is not open source. It is sold as a paid, one-time license (currently in early access) through the Epic Fab Marketplace; your purchase there is also governed by Epic's marketplace terms.
Subject to your valid license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to:
- install and use the plugin to develop your own projects, including commercial games and applications.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the plugin itself, in whole or in part;
- share your license or API keys to circumvent purchase or rate limits;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin except where that right cannot be excluded by law;
- remove proprietary notices or pass the plugin off as your own.
The plugin is in early access: features evolve, and it may contain bugs. We ship incrementally and document changes in the changelog.
3. The Brain service
The Brain is our optional cloud service for semantic search and the shared knowledge base. Access is included with the plugin and free to use, there is no metered quota.
- Fair-use rate limits apply only to prevent abuse and keep the service available for everyone; we may adjust them.
- The Brain is provided on a best-effort basis. The plugin is designed to keep working, falling back to local generation, if the Brain is unavailable or rate-limited.
- We may change, suspend, or discontinue Brain features, giving reasonable notice where we can.
4. Your account
- You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys and credentials secure.
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- Tell us promptly at support@woalz.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe others' rights using the service;
- abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls;
- scrape, resell, or redistribute the knowledge base wholesale;
- upload malicious code or content you have no right to share;
- use the service to build something that violates your AI provider's or Epic's terms.
6. AI providers & your keys
WoalzCraft is "bring your own AI". You supply and pay for access to the AI provider you choose (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, an OpenAI-compatible endpoint, or local Ollama). Your use of those providers is governed by their terms, and any usage charges are between you and them. Your provider keys stay on your machine; we never receive them.
7. AI-generated output
Generated Blueprints and suggestions are produced by AI models and are provided as a starting point, without any warranty of correctness, safety, or fitness. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating any output before using it in your project. We are not liable for results produced by AI models you run through the plugin.
8. Your contributions
If you opt in to contribute Blueprints, patterns, or corrections to the Brain knowledge base, you grant Woalz a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to host, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that contributed content as part of the knowledge base (including publicly, attributed to a pseudonymous identifier, see the Privacy Policy). You confirm you have the right to share what you contribute and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or include confidential material. You can ask us to remove your contributions at any time.
9. Intellectual property
WoalzCraft, including the plugin, the Brain service, this website, and our names and logos, is owned by Woalz and protected by intellectual-property laws. You own the Blueprints and projects you createwith the tool, subject to your AI provider's terms regarding their model output. We claim no ownership over your games or assets.
WoalzCraft is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed byEpic Games, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Cursor, or any AI provider. "Unreal Engine" and "Fab" are trademarks of Epic Games; other names are the property of their owners.
10. Payment & refunds
Plugin purchases are processed by Epic Games through the Fab Marketplace and are subject to Epic's pricing, payment, and refund policy. We don't process or store your payment details. The Brain free tiers require no payment. Any future paid Brain plans will be described at Pricingbefore you're charged.
11. Disclaimers
The plugin, the Brain service, and the website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet your needs.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woalz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of WoalzCraft. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the plugin in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, the IDR equivalent of USD 50). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Termination
You can stop using WoalzCraft at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Brain service if you breach these terms or abuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Indonesia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you additional rights.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We'll revise the effective date and, for material changes, give notice. Continuing to use WoalzCraft after a change means you accept the updated terms.
